Previously, she served as Senior Vice President of Business Development at MDC Partners, where she was responsible for driving revenue for its portfolio of over 50 award-winning agencies spanning creative, media, digital, PR, social, event, and other marketing specialty service.Weiss has an award-winning track record in the industry, having led business development at some of the largest holding and media services companies. Her 15 years of experience have been recognized in Advertising Age's elite 40 Under 40 and Adweek’s Top 50 lists. Before MDC Partners, Weiss served as Managing Director and Chief Growth Officer at MediaCom, overseeing the agency operations and business development for North America. During her tenure, she most notably led MediaCom to Advertising Age’s Media Agency of the Year and Adweek Agency of the Year in 2015. Prior, Weiss was Vice President of Integrated Marketing Solutions at iHeartMedia, where she helped launch and lead the national, cross-platform division, working with blue chip clients like American Express, AB InBev, and PepsiCo, among others. Before iHeartMedia, Weiss was Vice President and Director of New Business Development at BBDO New York, where she helped the agency win over $3.5 billion in billings. She began her career in the advertising industry in account management positions at Grey Worldwide and Ogilvy & Mather.
