As Executive Creative Director of Saatchi & Saatchi LA, Chris Pierantozzi is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction for the agency’s data-informed creative department.
Chris built the department on the key principal that the fundamental marriage of data and creativity is ushering in an entirely new advertising era. Utilizing tactics like data mining , flexible storytelling, and utilizing AI for personalization, it’s a creative group with a foothold in science.
Chris has a unique background. He grew up in the world of computer science and data analysis. So the perspective that he brings to the digital creative world is quite different then the rest of the industry.
Prior to becoming ECD, Chris served as both CD and ACD at the agency.
Before joining Saatchi LA, Chris was a Senior Art Director at TBWA\Chiat\Day. He also spent time at RPA as an Art Director, working on the Honda account.
In addition to his automotive experience, Chris has created noteworthy campaigns for brands including Walmart, Asics, Playstation, and Gatorade. Chris graduated from University of Pittsburgh with a degree in computer science and minor in mathematics.
